SCHOOL HEALTH OFFICE
St. Michael’s School has a school health office, run by a qualified nursing team, insuring the health and welfare of our students. The Health Office is responsible for the following record keeping and procedures:
physical examination reports from doctors,
immunization records,
Food and environmental allergy procedures,
Medication administration, orders and logs,
Return to School notes from doctors.
